First, I have to tell you that this is one of the most attractive designs I&#039;ve seen on Edublogs -- I&#039;m glad you chose it. You&#039;ve customized it nicely, and the yellow text on blue background is very attractive. Nicely done!

Many people feel daunted by the title of Block&#039;s text, Flawless Consulting. But, as you will see in further chapters, it is the process of consulting (by following all the steps and omitting none) that can be done flawlessly, not necessarily the outcomes. If you are authentic in each and every encounter with the client, and if you operate from a genuinely helpful relationship perspective, you have the potential to consult flawlessly. You can&#039;t be responsible for what the client does or does not do, but you can be true to the process!  Welcome to ADLT 610 :-) tjc</description>
